We’ve completed 3 major tiling projects since late 2020. There are other tile retailers in Telford - and where you go is probably driven primarily by tile choice - but Topps seem just so much better than the rest. Their approachability and flexibility have been the deciding factor. And their tile selection is inspiring. Richard, one of the management team, took great trouble to understand our projects and was spot on with all his advice. Highly recommended - a really good quality store.
Well presented tile shop supplying everything you need for the trade or general customer. Wide selection of floor and wall tiles for inside and out plus accessories with prices seeming reasonable. Excellent customer service from the staff who were there although a little too OTT at times!
Lots of variety. Clear informative signage. Severe lack of doughnuts and a dragon in the warehouse. 10/10 service from Holly.

I visited Topps Tiles Telford this morning in order to return some unused tiles. The gentleman who attended to me was very helpful and polite - a superb Ambassador for this Organisation which I have always found first rate!
Great service lovley people would recommend.
Not a fan of the setup hard to tell what tiles look like in this way, you need better displays
