If I could give this lot no stars I would. Went here with a tap hose wanting to compare sizes with ones they had. I was greeted by "you need to look in the catalogue" before I even got to the counter by a rude man serving. When I got to the counter, a  woman came to the desk, i explained what I needed and she said "we have thousands of those" you need to find the code number. To which I replied " You have TWO of these on your website, if you go to the search bar on the website and enter  tap hose tails, they come straight up". To which she replied "We don't have access to our website or a search facility on the screen". I was gobsmacked and this is obviously a lie because they couldn't be bothered to help, and this woman said she had only worked there 6 months and when I asked to speak to the rude man to see if he could help she ignored me.  Thanked them both for their amazing help lol. And went to screwfix next door. Told screwfix what had happened and they said "oh yes, we do a roaring trade from Toolstation, they all come here afterwards with the same problem".  Not sure how this lot have 5 star reviews they do, but someone must be posting falsely. I will be writing to their head offce.

Lisa and Debra were absolutely fantastic with the service, always smiling and had a lovely little laugh which really made my day! Very polite and well mannered. Super quick and easy, helping with me any queries and advised the best they could. Enjoy this store absolute bang on service!

Been to this tool station a few times and my experience has been very pleasant overall each time I've been. I've found that every time I have visited Lisa and Debra have been especially helpful in helping me find exactly what I need.  Don't bother with any of the other staff helping you out. Ask for Lisa and Debra they'll get straight to the point.

I don't often do reviews BUT, I have been using this Telford store for some 18 months or more and have to say it’s a pleasure every time I visit. Orders always actually ready,  Not like their competitors who msg to say order ready and then make you wait while they go pick it Advise always available, nothing is ever to much trouble. Lisa & Deb are who I seem to encounter most but every member of staff is equally as welcoming and supportive as the next. Any business would be proud of this team.

Another easy, pleasant order from Toolstation Telford. Ordered online last night. Collected first thing this morning. Staff are always polite and greet you with a smile unlike the competition. It always seems like a much more personal visit. Helpful staff. No hanging around, my order was handed to me quickly. Thank you. :

I like Toolstation in Telford. It's generally a quick visit when I've preordered the goods and it was quick today. The staff always seem happy to help, too. the girls on shift today very helpful and pleasant. fantastic customer service as always

Served by Kerry and Jodie yesterday evening. Very impressed with quick click and collect service and service with a smile from both of them. They are both an asset to the company.  My only peeve is having to order somethings for delivery due to no stock in store but great that it is next day delivery.

Great range of products, good prices too. I popped in to the Telford store this morning for a few bits and bobs, but unknowingly to me, I dropped a drill bit on the way to my van, another customer saw it happen and brought it back to the shop. The chap who served me remembered, and called me to let me know it was there to collect, it was only a £3 drill bit, but what fantastic service, I shall certainly be using toolstation more, and thanks again to the employee who served me

This is a toolststion wharhouse. They are well stocked but you do need to have the 5 digit codes for what you want for them to find stuff, so get a catalogue or visit there website before going. The staff were very patient and helpful, also it turned out cheaper than I expected.

For a novice in the world of tools and paint I found this little gem! Staff were knowledgeable about products and had a huge choice for my needs. All products in stock and ready to take same day! Could even do an order over counter which is much better for me than online as I don't really know what things are! If you need help, advice or just good quality products I'd recommend ToolStation Telford.
