From the initial contact with customer services to the engineer asking for a signature for the completed work we have been more than happy with the service provided. We initially thought that we would need a new windscreen but the engineer reviewed the damage and recommended a repair which he carried out very quickly, We did not even have time to give him a cup of coffee and it was raining quite heavily too. Excellent service, thank you.
I would just like to say thank you for the service today. Wayne was both friendly and efficient. He spent time with me explain the whole procedure and explained how I could contact him if there were any issues. From being able to report the chip after 8 in the evening, to the quick appointment to the quality and politeness of the engineer I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your firm.
Very professional company - good communications from start to finish. Excellent job performed by a friendly and very competent technician. Archie kept me informed with two calls in the morning - and I kept him smiling with two sugars in his coffee. Despite the rain he took great care to ensure a good seal around the screen. I would happily recommend Auto Windscreens to anyone for good service and a job well done.
Really pleased with the service that I received. I arranged for my windscreen to be replaced via my insurance company - who use Auto Windscreens. I had to call Auto Windscreens directly to discuss the appointment made and I found their call center staff to be very friendly, helpful and efficient. The gentleman who came to fix my windscreen was really nice, very prompt and polite. The windscreen was replaced really quickly and I only had to wait an hour for the glue to dry before I could drive the car. All in all, a GREAT service and would definitely recommend.
I had great service from Auto Windscreens as I needed a nasty chip in my windscreen, driver's side, repaired. Communication was clear and consistent as a text reminding me of the appointment was sent the evening before and a follow up phone call was received on the day of the appointment one hour before the technician was due to arrive. The technician was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The weather was awful with heavy rain but the Auto Windscreen van was fitted with a canopy that extends over the car so the repair took place whilst the car was protected in the dry - good planning! I was kept informed of the repair process every step of the way and I am really pleased with the outcome. I am more than happy to recommend Auto Windscreens.
