Ordered 2 pizzas one of them was wrong I ordered ham and mushroom and I received a ham and pineapple so I rang up and explained that the order was wrong and that i couldn't eat it due to being allergic to pineapple, the excuse was they were busy but that's no excuse as I told them and instead of saying I'm sorry I will replace it as soon as possible all I got was a guy with attitude saying we'll what do you want me to do about it so I had to tell him I wanted it replacing after playing 7.50 for it and his response was oh okay I shall do. The guy that answered the phone last night needs to learn how to speak to paying customers.

Always getting order wrong had food half hour been tryin to ring then it's just engaged they doin this all the time now

Food is great never had a problem used them regularly ... biggest let down in my opinion is the portion size ... i order a large donner kebab on a naan i kind of expect it to be large... otherwise would of been more stars
