Ordered from here the takeway arrived with a burger missing from the delivery I would not mind but the bag was tied with the burger inside only one when there should have been two dissapionting really when we waited nearly an hour for this poor service

Asked for a large chicken kebab and was told I cannot have as large is not advertised on the menu. Chicken kebab was OK in all fairness however. Tried there pizzas and found the pizza to be very average. This place is OK but nothing special.

Usually good food (depends what time I order it) sometimes it's not as good as you can tell it isn't fresh. 
I hate the change to the delivery charge at least £8.50 instead of £8 and now a card payment charge too. Robbing if you ask me!

I was a very good customer, although I must add not because of the quality of food but the closeness to my house. However, I called up yesterday, placed my order and asked for garlic sauce on my pizza, only to be rudely told no I cannot have sauce on my pizza because they "don't do that". Upon telling them I would not order from then again if they couldn't do such a thing, the response I received was bye, followed by the dial tone. Obviously they do not value loyal customers, or any customers at that.
