Nice staff but poor quality nails. Went in 1 week ago to get french manicure dipping powder and they have already started coming off. They were not stuck on or shaped straight and lots of visible air bubbles in nails. They look poorly done in general and I will not be returning here. extremely overpriced for the quality!!

I used to love this place but it's gone so downhill. A couple of months ago I got nail art done but the top coat and the artwork began to peel off within a few days, then last month I had the matte top coat put on and it all peeled off within a few days again and then this month I only went for a set of infills and they charged me £32 when a full set of acrylics is only £35! They couldn't justify the price when I tried to ask where they got the numbers from and just insisted I pay it. I've had enough of this place which is sad when I've been loyal to them for over 2 years. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to have bad quality nails at an expensive price.

I have been 3 times now, determined to give the place a chance but to be perfectly honest...... they are expensive and the quality of the nails are just not great. Twice I have only have 5 days before gel nails started chipping badly and when I had acrylic ones done they were far too thick. The price you pay is never what is advertised, its always more for some reason or another. Sorry but wont be going back now.

Excellent salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love these people, they can't do enough for me. They assist me into and out of the salon as I am a wheelchair user. Their nails are fantastic, in all the years I have been using this salon, I have never lost a nail. I love it here xx

My partner has been here on two occasions, the first time the nail technition burnt her and on the second time she has been very disappointed with the result. She had nails removed and redone, at first sight the new nails looked flat and didn't have a curve. When the fake plastic nail was being placed on with glue, it was obvious some of them where not stuck on right. It wasn't until the arcylic nail was put on that the fake nail was not sitting on the nail itself but curving upwards causing a lot of pain due to the real nail being pushed up. Due to having to leave in a rush nothing was said to the nail technician, but now, 7 hours later, one of the nails had snapped off due to it not being placed on properly. Due to the cash only element of the nail salon, no receipt or anything was provided, unfortunately the cost was £33. She will be contacting the owner once it re opens on Monday.

My nails are beautiful and I have a had a lot of compliments. They were a little bit late and their was some confusion with who was doing my nails but overall a decent experience.
