Easy to get appointments, comfortable, busy atmosphere and good prices. (For men's hair) I can't comment on womens.

Very pleasantly suprised, after cutting my own hair for 15 years and knowing exactly what I want (can't argue with yourself!) I had to visit a salon as I had an important event to attend and wanted to look the business. Tried a local barber was put off so went to browns instead, glad I did. Had a lovely girl called Katie come in and listen to exactly what I asked for, gave me some good tips on styling products as she cut and understood the trouble I have with my hair (very thick and wavy). Walked out feeling confident with my cut and after restyling when I got home I'm very pleased with the outcome as it's just what I asked for. As for previous reviews saying your in and out in 30 minutes well yes this may happen for a man's cut as it did with me but a. It's usually a lot easy to cut and style and b. They're trained professionals who can cut hair quickly so I wasn't concerned with this.
