I've been using Simons services for around six months now and as a Landlord he has helped me with the remortgage of three rental properties. I've used a couple of different mortgage Advisors over the years but none even come close to the excellence of service Simon offers. I've found the advise is always on point with loads of research made before a recommendation is put forward and always without any pressure.Communication is also a strong point and I often receive near instant replies to my Emails or latest by close of business that same day.Nothing ever seems to much trouble for Simon and I would thoroughly recommend him - 10 out of 10!

Simon has been most helpful in finding the right mortgage to suit our needs. He made the whole process so much easier and was always there for us when needed. Even late at night on a Sunday evening he would reply to our emails !
