I am a regular customer to the cafe and every visit I find them very welcoming. Unfortunately in the last week I have rang the reception on a couple of times due to an enquiry and have found the female receptionist to be extremely rude, and if that's how she speaks to all the customers I'm surprised they have any left. It's a shame because all the other staff I have found all friendly and helpful!
