Useless bunch of idiots. My husband had an ambulance and a doctor out to see him at home and the doctor prescribed him some pain relief. My father took the prescription to the pharmacy and they told him that they couldn't issue him with the prescription today because the date was for the following day. Anyone with any common sense would see that this must have been a human error, but no, Lloyd's had to be difficult. We called the pharmacy and asked to speak to the area manager, but they refused to let us have their number. We were spoken to in a very rude manor, which, given the situation, made us very angry and they subsequently put the phone down on us. We tried calling again, but they refused to answer, so I called from another number, and lo and behold, they answered! I asked for the rude woman's name and she said it was Rachel Aspley. I asked for the pharmacists name, and she told me to wait. We ended up calling 111 and they called Lloyd's and told them to not be so ridiculous and to let us have the prescription. So to sum up, we won't be returning to these idiots unless they begin to exude some form of common sense in the near future. Someone basically needs a kick up the arse.

It's handy to have a pharmacy in Sainsbury's. Two stars knocked off because they don't stock a wide enough range (and don't offer to source less common items) and they wouldn't sell me Nytol because I wanted it for the antihistamine property and not just for sleeping...so I'll get some from Amazon instead! Thanks for treating me like a child.
