Harry has been working at this branch for several years, and I can honestly say he is the main reason I continue to visit. He is always helpful and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure customers purchase the correct product for the job. On several occasions, Harry has taken the time to guide me toward the right choice, and his knowledge and dedication are truly impressive.nnI am genuinely surprised that Harry has not yet been promoted to a managerial role. He is a real asset to any company and sets an excellent example of how outstanding customer service should be delivered.
They dont even worth for a star especially staff are terrible, but i have to put at least a star to write a comment.

I was served by a young lad who went by the name Izzy. He was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time to assist me in finding screws to fit into a fixture. We went through several different screws and eventually found the perfect ones. However I then stated I didn’t want any fancy branded ones of which he then proceeded to scroll through his system to get me the cheapest best value ones! Finally we opened the box and tested to see if it would fit of which it was perfect. Before paying he then asked me if I wanted a new unopened box of which I said no, it was totally fine. But still, him asking me if I wanted a new box instead was where I was really impressed. Amazing customer service! Will highly recommend going to these guys
