Definitely got worse. Ordered 2 items that were in stock at 5 o’clock no one messaged until the following day. Didn’t want to spend time sitting in traffic to collect the following day. Staff need to pay more attention and the manager needs to do is job better.
Absolute disgusting behaviour from duty manager. Swearing at the front of house because an elderly gent did not send his order from kiosk to till. Ask staff to confirm what product they giving to be told this is what you have ordered. Staff are not fit for purpose retail trade. How does Screwfix train staff? What is customer service ?
I had to wait 30 min because the stuff was on brake and couldn't care less that there were about 20 people waiting inside to collect or place their orders. They would just pass by and go smoke their cigarettes outside. When i asked if this is normal.. the only person at the till raised his sholders..

Despite being a long-standing customer with a clear history of loyalty, I was met with indifference and inflexibility.nnDespite ultimately finding a resolution to my issue, the overall experience was marred by J and Melissa's unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. Their refusal to acknowledge and adhere to their own company policies reflects poorly on Screw-Fix as a whole.nnI implore potential customers to reconsider patronizing Screw-Fix, as the actions of J and Melissa exemplify a lack of respect and integrity towards loyal patrons. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty, and I, for one, will not be returning to this store as long as they remain in positions of authority.
Staff always helpful. Click and collect fairly efficient. Plentiful parking. Items ordered have generally been competitively priced and good quality. Recommended.
