Terrible Experience at Screw-Fix Store: Unprofessional Staff Ruin Customer LoyaltynnAs a loyal customer of Screw-Fix for over five years, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior until my recent visit to the store involving J and Melissa. Despite their advertised 30-day return policy, the ordeal I experienced left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.nnUpon attempting to exchange a product that I had merely opened and tested, I was met with unwarranted skepticism and resistance from J. Despite my adherence to the return policy, he adamantly refused to honor it, even going so far as to involve other customers in an attempt to delegitimize my request.nnWhen I requested to speak with a manager, Melissa was brought in, but she offered little assistance and failed to address the situation adequately. Despite being a long-standing customer with a clear history of loyalty, I was met with indifference and inflexibility.nnDespite ultimately finding a resolution to my issue, the overall experience was marred by J and Melissa's unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. Their refusal to acknowledge and adhere to their own company policies reflects poorly on Screw-Fix as a whole.nnI implore potential customers to reconsider patronizing Screw-Fix, as the actions of J and Melissa exemplify a lack of respect and integrity towards loyal patrons. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty, and I, for one, will not be returning to this store as long as they remain in positions of authority.
Customer service very good..nKnow exactly what they're talking about.nKaram was super helpful Double checking the items..nAlso understanding of the products and Karam had used the product..nnGreat teamwork from all the Staff at Screwfix at woodford..nFive Star and hundred percent Smile and great customer service
Karam and Zia are amazing. Their customer service is always 100%. Hands down my favourite branch. Thank you guys, appreciate you both.
