I can't believe the incompetence of the company I ordered parts from! Took the afternoon off work expecting my delivery, only to be told they've lost it and have no idea where it is. No contact details were taken when I ordered, so there is no way to inform me of this mess up. What a joke! #customerfail #unreliable #poorservice

Really took time making sure I had the right part. Wasn't straightforward to be fair, but they looked up stuff, double checked, etc. Compared side by side, the parts looked different. So checked some more, tried different parts. Anyway, I got exactly what I needed. Excellent service in all respects. Good Vale too.

James in the office is amazing at ensuring I bought the correct part for my Bongo... Soo polite and helpful went above and beyond to get the part. Especially love my new bargain wheel trims!

Very good and quick service. Had part's in 24 hours. Very competitive price. Would use them again.
AVOID - Rang the store just 5 minutes before closing time and asked if a click and collect would be ready for next day and get told yes as website will not allow click and collect if not in stock so I placed the order, rang next morning and then get told it won't be ready til the following day which now leave a car disabled for 2days, absolutely poor service on the phone being told 1 thing and it's not, wasn't even told about any order cut off time either. ONLY GOOD PART OF IT WAS THAT THE PRICE WAS LOWER THAN EXPECTED. Will never be using again
