Went in today, all catalogue stations only 3 were full. Went to counter as I know what I needed but didn't have code. Bloke behind counter not helpful at all and very blunt. Couldnt be bothered to help. Should have gone screwfix where there actually helpful and will look for products on there computer!
States that they are open Saturday 0700AM-1800PM, got there at 1730, all closed and gone home. *ANKERS. a call to head office in the morning, as this happens too often here on a weekend. If you can't be *rsed, keep your sorry *rses at home and let someone else do it that can be *arsed. *ankers.
Best shop if your looking both for quality of the product but also a value. I've recently purchased a house and I'm reviewing it myself, I ordered 90% of my tools and suppliers form them as they always have massive stock and provide free to store delivery. The staff is very friendly and helpful
useless. i only use toolstation when i have to. the time before last the once the in stock item wasn’t in stock. the last time i was only given half an order at the time of collection. made worse by the contact centre offering to send the items out next day delivery only for them not to turn up. follow up call and no record of anyone ever putting the items on to delivery. worst thing is the location, making all these wasted journeys even more arduous.
The staff are all ways pleasant and helpful they try to sort out products if what you some thing that needs ordering next day can not fault the service price and quality
The reception I got this morning was a shambles. Queuing out of the door at half 8, no apology for the wait and very rude response to what I asked for. I appreciate we all have bad days but don't take it to work. Next time I shall be waiting for the guys at Screwfix to stock it. The difference in the two shops is night and day!
Called in today, first time. Needed a quality extension lead. A young lady served me, she saved me wading through the catalogue as I was pushed for daylight. Quick easy efficient service and I got sorted for having a new account opened so I’m happy to go back.
Helpful staff and good stock levels. Sometimes there is a queue, but this is always caused by silly people who don't realize they have to choose the items from a catalogue and then give the codes to the counter staff. These customers instead go to the counter and say 'have you got' or ;can I use this to..' etc which causes serious hold ups.
Absolutely amazing staff...served in super quick time...staff were very helpful and polite...excellent customer service...product was good quality and good price too...will be back again if i eva need anything else DIY
Helpful staff and reasonable prices. There is a free drinks vending machine at this store too! I visited on a busy Sunday afternoon and there was a 15 minute wait to be served, I didn’t mind as all the staff did what they could to reduce the waiting time. Very good service under the circumstances.
