Fantastic service! I've been to a few shops in the area and nowhere else offers the same level of expertise and advice. Each time I've been Steve has helped me find a solution to a diy problem. Doesn't break the bank either! What more could you want? 5 star
These guys are amazing. I’ve been using this branch for years and they’re never not been helpful, approachable and friendly. I should have left a review just for that - but I’ve just rushed back to the branch after leaving the work keys on the catalogue stand Steve and Joe were on shift and kept ‘em safe! Thought I’d lost them! Crisis averted - THANK YOU!!!
Went to Scotswood Road for some fixings to carry out some work on my own extension during the winter break. Spoke to Steve where I explained I was unsure of stock levels due to my misunderstanding of the availability when I had looked on the Toolstation store site. Steve was patient and managed to locate all my required products. He also reassured me during my short wait in store whilst he located the items, which took slightly longer than he wanted to. Professional service and a credit to the Toolstation company. Gav, bricklayer.
Ordered my very first order around 1.00pm; back home for 2.00pm. All items ordered were well packed and ready for my collection. Young gentleman very kindly carried my goods to my car - Haven't witnessed service like this for over 3 decades. Can only give my highest praise for Toolstation and their staff. 10/10 This will not be my last visit :
Went on Sunday to collect an item, Manager was training new lad Liam and was explaining how things worked. Asked manager questions about different item and was very helpful and knowledgeable .
What can I say that has not been said already? The staff are absolutely brilliant, very helpful, curtious and cheerful. Social distancing is observed and well thought out for efficiency. The click and collect works really well waiting no more than 30 mins from order placement to ready for collection message. Overall couldn’t be better. Thanks to the staff for being so cheerful in these trying times.
Ordered some screws on line for collection,within 15 minutes had a reply on my mobile that they were ready to collect. When I arrived at the depot was met and greeted by member of staff who had my screws ready for me. Very good service and friendly staff .will be using again soon. Regards malcolm.
Used the click and collect service which was very efficient. Notification within an hour that goods were ready to collect. Collection was easy with appropriate safe distance measures in place. My thanks to the staff who were organised, courteous and helpful. Will certainly use this service again
