Emma is horrible on customer service and she doesn’t know her job. She couldn’t answer my questions about their product. She smiles to you but really she doesn’t like customers. She doesn’t have good behavior at all. I Don’t go Stamfordham road branch any more. Ridiculous branch
Always getting messages to say my order is ready collect. Turn up to the store to say it’s not ready. Happened a few times now.

Went in today lovely assistant Drew helped me get some screws I was after for a cupboard and recommended snap screws because of the length I needed he went above and beyond and actually snapped the amount of screws I needed to the length I needed can't thank him enough. Sorry if you ended up with a sore hand I did when I done some at home lol

Great click and collect service during the current government lockdown measures. Well organised at the branch to ensure customers had their collection text and managed to maintain the safe distance whilst waiting in the queue and when collecting your order.
Collected a new drill about 30min after text massage to say it was ready and waiting. 6 in queue 2m apart took 10minutes. Given the circumstances of Covid-19 the collection point is well managed. I think that's worth recommending the staff and branch.
Had to return a toilet cistern that had obviously been used and returned by someone else. That’s not what I found so annoying, it was the fact he couldn’t even apologise. Just a simple “sorry.” Doesn’t take much does it!
