Visited 8th Jan, took in a faulty bathroom led light and the assistant matched perfectly. This made the job of replacing incredibly quick and easy. Only wish I'd got the guys name as he was superb throughout the purchase. Will definitely use this depot again.nSt James retail park Newcastle.

Out of this world customer service with smile by a down to earth James. Every time I have been into branch James has given me the reassurance in his body language and verbal communication  that Toolstation should be my first shop. I can't say the same about Mr David and definitely Mr Will. He was so arrogant and disrespectful, the polar opposite of James.

Kieth really helped me out with a problem with my heating system! Excellent customer service!! 100% recommend!

I needed a toilet tank flush, but found it confusing since there was a few different sizes in there, Monica who was serving me asked a colleague, that had said he's not a plumber. She went out of her way to find someone who knew plumbing, but he wasn't available.She helped me with the best of her knowledge to get the right one which was a perfect match for my toilet tank.nHer manager should be proud of her and she is a credit to the tool station!
