The usual shop I use for my dyi projects, they have decent prices, and most members of staff are as helpful as can be. Today, Kelsey took her time, looking for few bits I needed and were not easy to find in the catalogue. So really appreciate her effort as usual

Thank you Yousif. You’re a very kind caring man who spent time solving a problem for me. I needed a tall tap to match a counter top small basin. I couldn’t find what I wanted. But Yousif didn’t give up. He measured everything up and then improvised stacking catalogues up to the right height so I could see what the tap would look like. He was spot on and my tap looks perfect. Thank you so much. I’d had a horrible time driving up the cycle path thinking it was the parking lot entrance I know…talk about stress. Yousif carried out my shopping to the car then explained where to drive out to get on the road home. Absolutely excellent service. Such a helpful man and a credit to Tool Station Leamington.

Great service in branch today, helped me out with alt products and availability due to urgency. Nice to get a "person" service in a store like this, which is so often a "computer says" type scenario. Certainly made a difference to my morning

Perfect service, fast and friendly staff happy to help, definitely a place to go for your tool needs.

They are really amazing. Somehow I forgot my phone there in evening and it was closed by the time I realized. They  kept it safely overnight until handed me back in morning.
