This is one of the best stores of Toolstation. Staff are all friendly, and helpful. I'm a regular and they always have the orders waiting for me with a touch of personal service....banter. If youre lucky John might share a joke or a song with you. Treat them well and they will look after you.
Just been here to arrange replacement of an item that I ordered online for delivery. Staff so helpful, I should have spoken to them before I ordered online! Can't fault them at all.
They always forget to give me something. If I dont remember what I did order something is always missing or wrong. I mean how hard it can be to collect stuff from a list. Its not just this store, in general. In the past 2 years lost about £100 worth of staff that has been forgotten and I only notice when I need them. 2 starts because the stuff they sell are good. Went to screwfix.
Much higher quality products than B&Q or Screwfix and more reasonable prices too.
Got to the shop and was waiting in the queue to make an order. Then the guy on the check desk said to people to make two lines for click collect customers and customers who want to order on the spot. Then he said they prioritise click and collect customers. Spend 10 minutes waiting for my turn, but the click collect customers kept arriving. Nobody was there to assist customers who wanted to order on the site.
