Easy to use website. Ordered yesterday and collected today. Admittedly they could do with more staff as the young lady on the tills was constantly running back and forth. However, she was polite and apologetic for the delay.

Exceptional service from this ToolStation. I had made a mistake online and ordered from Bicester instead of Cirencester. Having then bought the item whilst calling at Cirencester I totally forgot about there being an exact same item waiting at Bicester. No problem, Bicester rang me to remind me and would I like a refund. :- Superb.
