Phoned Darren this morning and was assured that they had three of the item I needed. Asked him to set one aside for me which he said he would do. On arrival, none in stock at all so a 20 mile round trip, fuel and my time totally wasted. Too much reliance on the 'system' rather than physically checking stock levels for a specific enquiry. Not the first time this branch has let me down so they won't be getting my business anymore.
Wanted to hire some tools. Phoned in the morning and the lady said the hire guy was out but would call me later. I phoned at midday but was told the same thing. Nobody bothered to call me back so I went elsewhere and had the tools I needed within 30mins. Really poor.
Shocking....delivery was ment to come thrusday called up are driver is at another depot can we deliver Friday Friday are driver is at another depot collecting will 100% be today No communication at all with customer I took two days off work waiting
