I've been using this branch for just over a year and on every occasion I receive excellent prompt service. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They have provided a superb service during lock down and are a credit to their company.
Excellent overall. Quick and efficient helped by the fact there wasn't a queue with good customer service by the staff. Product was just what I wanted at a great price. I don't think Toolstation are as well known as their immediate competitor hence the difference in queue size! but they're every bit as good!
I would just like to say a big thank you to Jason for all his expert advice and help today. He is a credit to your company and is very knowledgeable. I shall be returning soon to make more purchases to eventually finish my bathroom off!!

Great service and great stock. Staff always pleasant and on the ball with collections. As the competition is next door check prices of both first before shopping you may be pleasantly surprised. Toolstation also holds stock for a lot of items the competition doesn't.
Always has what I’m after in stock, seems to get through the queues a lot better than screwfix next door I always get a smug feeling when I walk straight in whilst screwfix customers are queuing outside. The staff are very efficient and helpful, especially Helen who often helps me when I have any problems.
The staff are incredible. Free hot drinks. No queues here Whats not to like ! JASON, STEPH & HELEN ... I thank you all. -100% better service than S.F. Also, I am never asked to shout my personal name & address details aloud in the store ---- 5 ----
