First time using this company but arrived within 10 minutes of calling them. Reasonable price. Would use again.
Absolutely fantastic. Arrived on time. Immaculately clean car. Professional service. Number now on the fridge. And all at a very reasonable price. I don't usually write reviews but Tony's service surpassed every expectation.
Mixed review. We booked a return trip to and from Dodford Manor. Both taxis were on time or within 5 mins of time requested however the taxi in the morning hadn't been cleaned for about 6 months and I had to brush the seat off before we sat in it. It should have been obvious that we were going to a wedding and would be in decent clothes. We have never seen such a dirty taxi. The taxi for the trip home that night was different again and we have no complaints. We were also charged 25% more for our journey in the dirty taxi!
Rude, arrogant and misogynistic. Never have I experienced a worse service. I sincerely hope anyone trying to travel in this area finds a different company, especially those visiting for a wedding like we were. Avoid this company.
Just called inquiring about the cost of a 4.2m journey according to Google - there was also a longer route that he clearly was inclined to go for and was quoted an extortionate amount. When I pulled him up on it, and his lie about it being a 5m journey, he was incredibly rude and hung up. Appalling service.
In response to the previous review This lady expected the taxi to travel 5 miles at no charge do a 5 mile journey and return to base On trying to explain the lady got Irate I thanked her and said goodbye before she got into expletives I have 15 years good service with 15000 satisfied customers and never once had a complaint I note that she was not satisfied with another taxi company she contacted but no bouquet for the one she finally used If she has a problem with a taxi service she should contact the local Licencing officer who is unbiased and will deal with her complaint in a responsible manner not in open forum
Excellent service, Only company we will use. Always friendly and reliable. Reasonable prices too!
