Terrible service! Beware of hidden charges!

Personally wouldn't give even 1 star but couldn't do that rang a taxi and asked for as soon as possible said he would come straight away however received a call back saying the car was broke which is fair enough however not even 5 minutes later the car drove straight past us just a note if your going to lie do not drove past where your meant to pick a customer up from think this is totally unacceptable and would like to know if lying to customers is a frequent thing?

fantastic company have used this family of drivers for many years all speak brilliant  English.
I love how there drivers have someone in a office answering  the telephone and not drivers from the road as im sure many people have had this  experience where the driver spends more time speaking on the telephone.
I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a taxi company who goes up and beyond.

Always found these guys so friendly, both on the phone (especially Aaron!) and the actual drivers! Always come when they say they will. Never had an issue. Most reliable taxi company I've used. Bonus point is the 2 FIT brothers who drive the taxis.

When I first started working in Daventry, I needed a reliable taxi service to get me back home at night and I've not been disappointed with the service. They are always on time and always polite and friendly. I would recommended their firm to anyone that needs a taxi quickly and they are very good with their rates compared to other taxi firms I've used in the past.
