After looking at the good reviews I booked one of our vans in for an MOT and a service. Great. All booked in for two weeks time. I changed my work availability to take the entire day off. I asked if there was time during the service if they could check the reversing lights as they were not working. Dropped the van off the night before. Arranged a lift home etc. Van keys left in an envelope at their premises. Got a lift back to pick my van up at the end of the working day. "Oh, I've done the diagnostics for the reversing lights. Can't find what's wrong with them" "You've done the service and MOT though? That's what I booked it in for" "No sorry, I've been busy" Then began the search for the van keys. Eventually found and returned to me still in the sealed envelope. Can a diagnostic computer be used on a van from outside? The van hadn't moved from where I had left it nor had it been opened. A day's work lost for me. Thought I'd try them out as we run 6 vehicles and wanted to take them somewhere local for all of our maintenance. What an unorganised, diabolical mess of a place. Would never trust them again. Such a shame!
Absolutely amazing !! so kind, I had an issue with my coolant and they sorted it out in minutes, reassured me and even did it for free. Would definitely recommend and come again. Thankyou :
Known Tom since he was apprentice for previous owners. Previous owners done all my servicing and repairs from when my wife and my car's were new, Tom is a carry on from them but as an owner of the same garage. I've never had the inclination to take the car's anywhere else, very good workmanship, price is a lot lower than dealership, always having a laugh and a joke and finds the time to talk to you and explain what is wrong and what he's going to do to put right the problem. Tom is an absolute star!!! He worked on until after 9 pm on a Friday night because I needed the car!!! Bloody brilliant!!!!

Just had my v w eos service done and the can belt done and some more things done a fantastic service and fantastic pepole will be going back when I need some work done just had my window repaired and had a fantastic job done by Tom Rees and fantastic service and staff
Great garage. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Always make time to fit us in. Good service and aftercare if something is wrong.
Efficient and competent garage reasonably priced nice to see this day and age
