Rude & unhelpful for a second time. Customer service person Emily is beyond rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. She says they do not stock popular parts for the popular Golf GTI. Go to any other motor factors but Euro car parts.

Most of the staff are grumpy, parts are expensive, customer services are bad, break calipers are expensive, twice the price of new even with a discount and the two that I bought were poor quality, one failed within a year.

Total shower of s*it customer service buyers beware euro car parts are rip off merchants ordered a part was promised a price match on collection and waste of my time and fuel To go collect the said item for the manager to ignorantly refuse to honour the agreement and commence to give a member of staff a dressing down in front of a customer  me I walked out in disgust and I will never support this company again !!!! Buyers beware euro car parts and car parts for less are the same company and parts are normally  around £10 cheaper on www. Carpartsforless.Co.uk

Horrendous customer service. Not one person in the shop. After being acknowledged through the window I waited 12 minutes for them to finish their conversion. As the happy man  not  walked through the door, not one attempt was made to apologise for the wait or a reason for him to ignore a customer while he chats. staff training needed.

Reasonable parts, although some brands lack quality. Good prices,  but very slow service. Nearly every time I go in I spend an age watching people in the office ignore me. Even the manager seems happier doing paperwork than servicing the customer at the desk. Coild be so much better so easily.

No matter how much you can pre order or buy online, there is nothing like the personal touch.  Here you can get the best of both worlds, reserve online, local pickup and good human advice.

Always helpful great prices and fast service if nothing in stick they can usually get it by next day if before I think 2pm.. Ame parking

did not bother to answer the  phone .last week  i went to the store after waiting 5 mins i left as no body got out their of their chairs to serve me

Very good customer service and when I ordered parts they were there next day waiting for me at 9am, brilliant. I have used this company now for the last 2 years and I'm still waiting for them to slip up. GREAT work

I ordered parts for my vehicle, I cannot get a delivery date from.my local shop, I have to phone customer service which is a 2hr wait on the phone, the website is now saying I might have to wait up to ten days, I am a nhs key worker I now have no car would had been better off ordering from ebay, Thanks from me and the nhs, Roger
