Lovely kitchen, colour looks great and the wood is sturdy. However unfortunately it constantly needs repainting around the skirting board area from scuffs chairs, Hoover etc. Also sadly we were under the impression that any alterations we wanted done to the kitchen we could pay extra for further down the line, however after getting in contact with Tom Howley to get our food fridge changed to a drinks fridge we were informed that they do not do alterations and we would have to find another kitchen fitter. So happy with our new kitchen - the quality, the colour, the design- all so clever. We had a slightly difficult space to work with and Chelsea just nailed the layout in our first visit. All the people we have dealt with have always been ready at the end of the phone for any question or query. The fitters were so helpful, really easy to have in the house and full of lots of good ideas and suggestions. I’m so pleased we went to Tom Howley!
Our designer, Chelsea, was very professional and understood immediately what we were looking for. She worked around our busy lives and would meet us after work hours to help with diaries. Even after the order was placed the team are being very responsive and proactive. I couldn’t fault a single aspect at the moment.
I could not be happier or have asked for a better experience in choosing the kitchen. From meeting Chelsea to start the design process through to Lucasz’s team installing the stone on the island unit today the service has been first class professional, friendly , attention to detail and helpful all the way . I have unreservedly recommended you already go a friend .
Cris Sega is a brilliant designer, he had modeled my entire open plan kitchen area alongside dining and sitting areas and it looked just awesome.
Very friendly staff and great coffee! Good value for good quality kitchen though I got ours in the sale so not sure how the value stacks up if full price.
