I’ve been using this surgery for 30+ years without any issues. I found out this morning that I’m no longer a patient because I don’t live in their catchment area.nnSeems a bit silly that I’ve been booted out of the surgery I’ve used since childhood. All because I now live 1 mile away.. But hey, rules are rules.nnWhat really annoys me, is the way it’s been handled. I’ve been kicked out, without any notice. Would it have hurt to make a phone call? A text message perhaps?nnI’ve been living at my ‘new’ address for 6 years. Would another couple of weeks really hurt? It’s very likely that I’ll run out of medication now. So a huge thank you for that!nnI’ll be thinking of you when I’m in agony
I'm a new patient to this practice, but on first impressions I'm very encourage. From the reception, to seeking medical advice, the professional service has been excellent.
Dr Carrol and his wonderful team at the surgery and pharmacy have been absolutely amazing providing fantastic help and care for my father Brian Osborn who had MND and sadly passed away on Christmas Day 2022. Thank you. I Highly recommend Toftwood Medical Centre.
Literally the rudest reception staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, contradictory and arrogant. I enquired about registering for the surgery as moved to area and my daughter needs her flu spray and was spoken to as if I was a foreign object that displeased them...they then contradicted their answer to me, just awful, I would not recommended joining this surgery if the reception staff is a reflection of the surgery..
