About as useful as nipples on a lobster. I wish the licensing team were as slack with fines as they are with their assistance. If I were paying for this service...........Oh wait, I am!

As far as contacting Breckland Council by telephone, I suggest you phone before 17.00 as thereafter you may find yourself being hung up on without getting the chance to speak to the, even though their opening hours are from 08.00 - 18.00. I have tried as late as 17.45 and was thrown out of the queue six time, until I realised the will not answer their phones close to closing time. Appalling

My call was answered by Rebecca and although the problem was not Breckland council's she was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure talking to her and if all your staff are the same its a credit to you. Jean Gray Wretham parish Councillor
