Absolutely useless. Filled out forms online over and over and just get a different reference number each time!! Then get an email stating that I HAVE COMPLETED THE FORM. 3 Weeks later get an email saying we have received your information but not the application form?? Try and get in touch with someone there, DONT BOTHER. Waste of time. They make it so difficult to sort out the simplest of issues, don't waste your time. And people wonder why others get stressed and pissed off, Thanks council, you're worth every penny!! Why don't you call me instead of wasting my time trying?? Absolutely useless!!

Worst bunch of people I’ve ever spoken to. As useful as a chocolate teapot. And extremely rude too!! Thanks for making us overdrawn for the rest of the month because of YOUR system error. Asked to speak to a manager - ‘you can’t’ fantastic! Super helpful. NOT. Don’t get why we should be paying you a good chunk of our wages every month to be treated like DIRT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I have to say for her cheapest council tax in the country the service they provide is excellent.
I reported a roadsweeping issue yesterday evening on the council website.nnSome 14 hours later by 09:30 this morning, the job has been completed to a very high standard. Can't ask for more than that! Thank you.
