It had been a long day and i was very tired and being especially thick. The girl who seated us was lovely and really patient. Poor girl had to tell me about 4 times it was £6 carvery day but I didn’t even know that was a thing and was just not understanding. She was very patient and really polite! We had a really lovely meal! Carvery was so good! Meat was cooked really well and portions are generous! Good selection of vegetables too. Service was really friendly and efficient. Thea had a lovely manner and took good care of us! Would definitely recommend. Nice warm atmosphere, really good food, really friendly and welcoming staff!

Wasn’t expecting much but wow!nnService - Waited at the entrance to be seen, 5 members of staff to busy taking to each other or looking at phones, finally shown to a table & had to ask myself if it’s table service.nnHygiene - How they even have a Hygiene rating is beyond me! Seats ripped & filthy, sticky tables. The hot lamps covered in food, hair and god knows what else. More amusing is the carvery itself has no glass to stop people coughing & sneezing all over the food that has been sat under a heat lamp all day. It’s literally the perfect environment to culture the next pandemic!nnMenu had mediocre options, definitely wasn’t going to order the carvery, didn’t feel like contracting herpes, I chose the Mac & Cheese Yorkshire wrap, only to then be told 10 minutes later they didn’t have any wraps.nnI did chuckle when they listed Heinz soup for £4.50, you can’t make a tomato soup?nnKids food arrived, sausages could be classed as a lethal weapon, potato’s stuck to the plate and the Yorkshire pudding was stone cold.nnShort summary - Go to McDonald’s
