Visited this Toby Carvery as their reviews were best in the area. Very clean and very attentive staff who served us right away. Carvery was plentiful and the server gave generous amount of meat and the veg options gravies were appealing and plentiful with very clean sering areas which is a massive plus. The seated area was comfortable and the drinks were given quickly. The pudding was nice as had apple pie and custard and sticky toffee pudding with portion sizes plentiful also. Parking is easy with the registration system. Would recommend to go 100%
I recently dined at Toby’s with my best friend and Jodie-Ann's service made the experience exceptional. This is the second time she has served us and she never falter with her exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, her warm and welcoming attitude stood out, making us feel immediately at ease. Jodie-Ann's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She provided insightful recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes and dietary needs. Her attentiveness was also noteworthy; she anticipated our needs without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and our requests promptly addressed. What really set Jodie-Ann apart was her ability to personalise our experience. She remembered our names and preferences, adding a special touch that made us feel valued. Despite the restaurant being busy, she managed everything with remarkable efficiency and calm. In summary, Jodie-Ann’s exceptional service made our visit here memorable again as well as the gentleman named Ross at the front desk adding to our experience and catering to our every need by letting us watch the football . Jodie-Ann’s warmth, expertise, and dedication are truly commendable. I highly recommend visiting here for both the excellent food and Jodie-Ann’s outstanding service. We went here for my mum birthday and when I tell you the food was good and seasoned even the gravy had a nice textured. The dessert was so lovely and I enjoyed it all I will be back and that is a promise bringing my partner this time. Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu which I find really nice so I will be bringing my niece and nephew there

Vegan options are great and I was super happy that the mashed potato is now made with vegan marge, it was delicious. My vegetarian partner really liked her meal and my meat eating friend loved his meal too. It's delicious and extremely good value for money. Staff at Snaresbrook were super friendly and helpful. I really need to visit more often!
I have been coming here for YEARS and it has always been excellent EVERY SINGLE TIME! Food is amazing, service is always amazing and their roast dinners are generally well priced for the portion sizes and quality. Highly recommend by me and my Georgian girlfriend who tried a roast dinner for the first time and gave it a 9.5/10
The food was delicious, though my mum needed to ask for it to be heated up a bit, the gravy brought enough warmth to mine. The service was generally ok, but would have been better if the server didn't forget us a couple of times in the location we were in. We had a kids eat free voucher and was told anything on the child's menu was free. However we were charged for the two children's desserts on the bill. Overall we enjoyed the food and walked away with full bellies at a reasonable price. Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options here including the veg only carvery. I didn't spot anything specifically vegan but I wasn't looking out for that on this visit. Parking: Lots of parking spots available when we visited at 5:30pm on a Saturday Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and the kids menu was pretty decent. Notes that the refillable drink isn't in the children's menu so just near that in mind for the bill. Wheelchair accessibility: There seemed to be steep stairs to every entrance and exit. If you have accessibility issues I would call ahead to check.
Had a wonderful time and delightful experience at Toby Carvery Snaresbrook. The restaurant serves an excellent roast dinners with all the trimmings including fresh veggies, roast potatoes, and crispy Yorkshire pudding. Additionally, their prices are reasonable, there's a good range of desserts served, and the service is exceptional.
It truly is the home of the British Roast. The roast dinners/lunches have been consistently of a good standard. No frills Roast with plenty of sides and option to upgrade to a larger portion at additional cost. Plenty of deals on the internet sometimes giving up to 50 per cent off. Download the app for additional deals/discounts. The staff have always been friendly. Book ahead to ensure a table. Parking is plentiful but need to enter registration details at the pub to avoid fine. The bar area closes very early in the evening which is a pity. The bar has very little atmosphere and been subsumed by the dining experience. There is disabled access. Toilets are clean. If you are lucky you will see the feline patron, Fred sulking around the property.
