Shame you can’t book ahead for less than two nights. Good location just a 30 minute walk from Tobermory but campsite has limited facilities with just one shower. Free WiFi was an added bonus. Recommend driving up to Glengorm and exploring the walks down to the ocean from the cafe.

Very peaceful site, and friendly owners. Pitch had astroturf for pitching our awning-brilliant!

Good location for Tobermory but facilities are very poor and not adequate on this site. Only 1 Female shower and 1 Male shower (which worked OK), just 2 Female Toilets ,2 Male Toilets and 4 Washbasins for the whole site. The hot water in the basins just about trickled out and the buildings are not much better than outside sheds. The washing up sinks are outside with nowhere to put your post,pans etc and you risk getting bitten by the midges so if you stay there you need to buy a head-net and insect repellent. At £20.00 per night I expected better than this . This site needs some money spent on it and some serious updating. People expect better than this in 2017. The owner Angus is a nice friendly cheerful guy. Internet only available at one particular spot and would benefit from a gazebo around it so you can use it without being bitten by the midges.
