Horrific experience:nnACT 1:nthey showed up one week earlier than the agreed date of delivery. Nobody home obviously so dude decide on its own to leave the large parcel at a random neighbour place without my agreement.nnAsked them to recollect since I dont know this neighbour and dont want to ask them to keep such a large parcel for an entire weeknnThey recollect the parcel and out of anger send it back to sender nnACT 2 : sender is kind enought o resend the parcel, this time dude showed when we were home and pretended we were not !nnACT 3 : come back the next day, I'm not home I was not expecting a delivery this day but leave a note on the door just in case they decide to show up saying to leave parcel at door step. Fedex dude come again and decide to ignore our note and return the parcel to depot.nnACT 4: Called back the next day to ask them to send back to sender and calledsender to cancel my ordernnRESULT : will AVOID working with Fedex EVER again !

Waiting 2 weeks for a mattress to come, still nothing. they repeatedly said they tried to deliver but no knock on my door or buzz on my flat, completely useless

Waiting on delivery today the guy went to the wrong block of flats. I tried contacting FedEx straight away to alert driver but absolutely useless in the office. I'll never use this company as this is second time in 3 weeks.

Fedex is a loser company . How many times u need to attemt to delive my parcell to realise I`m not at home daytime. And they took back my parcell to Bellsill , even though there is wee shop near me what fedex using to pick up/ drop off parcells. You are far away from to be one of a leader cargo company.

An absolute shambles of a company.  They keep sending me a bill for over £80 when I haven't ordered anything  and they can't give me any details about what the£80 charge is for. Totally furious.  Co.pleat scam artists.
