I don't have such kind of harsh words for this delivery service that I should use for them. Just want to say don't use this service. They are unprofessional and not trustworthy as well.

Tracking parcel waited in 3days in a row as said was out for delivery, 3days in a row package was returned to depot deliver not attempted

unprofessional, RUDE staff especially supervisor Ian. Didn't even tried to deliver parcel once. And send it back to the address of collection in the same day when they received an item. By TNT terms sender is charged both ways for that. So no item delivered and charged 2 times TNT account holder. WHY WOULD THEY BOTHER TO DELIVER !!! THEY MAKING MONEY JUST SITTNG IN THE OFFICE AND MILKING THEY CUSTOMER. GREAT!!!

Had an issue where a pre-10am delivery never made it due to problems with the address. On arrival at the depot I was assisted by Megan and then David. Both couldn’t have been more helpful, although seemed extremely busy as if Megan was the only person in? Brilliant service, thanks both!

we deliver when we feel like it!! I have how lost count of the number of packages that have been left at hubs or delivery depots because "There wasn't enough space on the van" A bit of a lame excuse, if your busy put on another van... Also given up booking for Saturday as they never arrive, had ordered 2 boxes 1 made it to Glasgow but got put on Mondays van despite having Saturday am stickers on it.

Absolutely shocking service. They expect you to stay in all day for a delivery , unlike DPD who give up to date tracking info. The drivers also completely ignore any requestes at point of purchase . Steer clear

No pre-warning about you delivery date.  No card left to inform you what courier tried to deliver your parcel. Had to trace courier myself then go and collect the parcel from there depo . And nobody will answer there phone .

Van driver said the package was too heavy for him to deliver and did I have someone to help, "pal"? I didn't as I am a 69 year old disabled woman. Where on your 'sure we can' motto does it add 'as long as you are able bodied and can help unload the van?' This service is terrible. Surely there ought to be 2 delivery men if large packages are carried. "It's no ma problem, pal, it's health and safety, pal," is no substitute for decent service.

I use TNT frequently as an amazon company user and can honestly say I've never had a problem and always get my deliveries. And the drivers are always down to earth and friendly.
