Had an Everhot cooker installed today and old Aga removed, excellent service, the workmen who came were polite, helpful and constantly cleaning after themselves. TN Cook are a fantastic company with old customer service values. They help you with any enquiries and explain everything fully. Highly recommended !! Will definitely use again, even for a kettle. Their showroom has everything you need including helpful cheery staff.
Thank you TN Cook and Paul Proudfoot in particular for helping me resolve that my AGA "problem" was entirely due to a Faulty SMART METER. Without the help and advice I would still be trying forever to get EON to understand that it was an EON meter fault and nothing to do with the AGA connection. Thank you for your time & patience Paul.
We can't thank T N Cook enough! Yesterday our ER7 was without power for several hours due to an electrical fault in another part of our house and we were unable to start it again. Not had it for long, so we are pretty clueless! The wonderful Paul was so patient in talking us through the process of getting it up and running again. Thank you very much, Paul - we are SO grateful to you!

A wealth of experience from Ben. A beautiful showroom and no pressure to make a decision on your new Aga or Everhot. Then, there are cooking utensils and items to suit. And Ben is restarting cookery demonstrations too - great after service!
