We've just taken delivery of two Stressless sofas and we really couldn't be happier with every aspect of the service. Michelle was so patient with us in the showroom while we spent the best part of a morning choosing and going through every aspect. She was also outstanding with giving us further details over the phone, with our order and with updates on the delivery. The delivery itself was seamless, and the delivery men a delight even though it involved a 300 mile round trip. As for the sofas, oh my word they're fabulous; our backs will be thanking us for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I purchased a chest of drawers from the Home Company following a visit to their showroom in Skipton. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were helpful throughout and the item was delivered quickly. Great price too! I would highly recommend. I'll be using them again now I've found them!

Excellent customer service from the outset from Joyce who supported us with design and colour suggestions which were invaluable. Her patience and professionalism were outstanding and we are delighted with our new suite and coordinated cushions which perfectly match the curtains, which were our starting point  Excellent customer service from Mark who actually came to our house with a replica sized sofa to check that it would fit before we made our final choice  The suite was delivered within the predicted timeframe and on the delivery day at the time promised to us. Delighted with Mark and his very able colleague who managed a difficult task with humour whilst ensuring a totally professional job  Would we use Home Company again? Just received 2 new sofas and the whole process was so easy.  No pressure or heavy “salesman” talk in store but plenty of help when asked.  Sofas now delivered at a great price and were available much quicker than originally thought.

Lovely shop and really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought some fabulous furniture and a beautiful clock, spoilt for choice! Highly recommend, well worth a visit.

We recently bought two sofas from The Home Company which arrived on the date specified when originally ordered and we are delighted with them. The service we received throughout both at the shop and from the delivery personnel was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Absolute gem tucked away from the main street, it's beautifully styled and has very stylish furniture, the staff are very pleasant and so helpful, and we love supporting British made furniture

I have purchased furniture now twice from this store. I have found staff very helpful, especially Michelle who is very easy to communicate with and always tries her best to help with your particular request. We don't live in Skipton, yet travel here to visit this shop which offers a good customer experience and have a wide range of products. I would definitely recommend visiting this store.
