Pretty much the whole team at the Peterlee branch have supported me through this very stressful, bitter and emotional time of my life. Keith is very efficient and doesn't suffer fools lightly. Pauline also is very efficient with all things conveyancing, she also carries a Compassionate Heart and expresses it accordingly. Julie and Claire I had the most contact with as I was always popping in and out to get myself upto date. They were and still are extremely helpful and Patient. Thanks guys God Bless You All

Efficient service provided  given clear explanations  for me to make the choice I needed  and in terms was able to understand . My questions were all answered  and overall experience was very good in fact recommended TMJ to my sister who is also going to use them .

Great company to have on your side and very helpful

I mean, they got us moved in. I'm sure most of the staff are typically capable at doing their jobs but the letters and emails that we received were absolute graft to read... the punctuation was terrible, most sentences just didn't make sense so it was hard to work out what was actually being asked of us... then, after enquiring through email, it took days to get a response and most of the time the lady assigned to our case was on annual leave. All in all, a stressful house move and I wouldn't recommend.

I used TMJ Peterlee to purchase my first home. Pauline and Lorraine were very efficient and always willing to help. They made the whole process a breeze.  Would highly recommend.

Great friendly advice

Absolutely disgraceful service infact no service given no call backs no replays, delays, pathetic in every way no support what so ever ... lead in the wrong directions every time , they lost my bank statements and important paper notes,  a year of anxiety and stress caused by this firm , passed to 3 different staff do not use for anything to do with domestic abuse and violence in divorce circumstances

I went to them for some advice and support. The service was excellent.

Waste of time and money . Would never use them again . Full of promises but did nothing !!
