Rubbish place. Very unprofessional and rude stuff. To be fair, i am surprised how nobody has burned down in the court them so far. Despite of me being French family member, i have had plenty of horrible experiences: do no taking application with no reason,no appointments were avaliable, very long waiting in the key, forcing to print docs, when is no need for that and big charging. And yestetday it has been the worst one: i came to provide my biometrics,waited about one hour and have not been allowed to come in! P. S. Police is not helpful in such sort of situation. But do not hesitate to use moneyclaim service and complain to French consulate. This mess should be stopped.
This TLS contact centre is a scam!nnAs many reviews have already pointed out, they’re desperate to get your money in any way they can.nnWe were charged £30 £15 each just to print six pages in total. Is this a joke? This is the so-called “Get It Right SERVICE”.nnHere’s what happened:nn- After security checks, we were told our share code prints weren’t acceptable and directed to an “in-house” area for new prints.n- We only needed to re-print three pages from the GOV.UK site six pages in total for two people.n- However, when we paid, we received a receipt for “Application Support ” and were charged £15 each.nnAt this point, I think this is a joke. I’ve never printed 60+ pages at home and still get charged for six pages at the centre.nn*****nThe French embassy itself was quick and efficient. Dear French government, please assign this contract to someone else who isn’t ripping people off!n*****
I had an appointment with TLS Contact and availed their premium lounge service. I was ecstatic and very happy with their service. Sandra and her team were very accommodative and I did not feel any uneasiness. They all have welcoming smiles and provided great service.
i had a really good experience with TLS - Germany. visa application process always had been stressful for me, also in my previous experience not here the staff often not friendly, making the vibes really intimidating or just cold. but the staff at TLS - Germany in London are friendly. even the person in charge on the door who asked your appointment, she just always smiled and responded nicely. the security guy who checked my bag was also very nice. everyone there was nice and helpful.ni was assisted by Griselda, and she was very helpful. she advised me things that i overlooked/forgot and gave me time to revise. i am so grateful for her, and she is also very nice, and genuinely passionate in helping and giving the best service. my application was granted by the german embassy even better than i expected, and im so grateful for that, and of course griselda’s advise on my application was really helpful!
My experience here was good. Anita who’s at the front counter helped me so much with my first process. I was at the premium area, the staff was really helpful despite the painful document-process. Deepa was very friendly and also helpful looking through my documents. I’m always nervous doing this, so Deepa’s small conversations between the process calmed me. I’m a newbie in terms of going through this process, so I give 5 stars for the great hospitality and their patience with my limit knowledge.nnThe minus part was that they didn’t tell you on the website what specific requirements you need to do for the photos, especially for Muslims I applied for France visa. The staff just told me this and I had to re-did my visa photo. Overall, I had a decent experience here.nnNote: it’s nice to have all the snacks and drinks while I was waiting.
