Very upsetting experience at TK Maxx Waltham Abby.My well-trained dog was allowed into the store, then I was told by the manager that “dogs are animals that can’t be controlled and could bite someone” — despite my dog sitting calmly beside me. Clear policy and respectful communication are needed.
Forgot to write a review when it happened. Awful customer service from alleged manager, Karina. Haven’t shopped in this store since and never will again. Spent so much money there but I’d rather not further finance awful people who lack training and human decency.
I really like TK Maxx as a shop — the variety and the prices are great.But honestly, the staff here completely ruin the experience. They are extremely rudeunhelpful, and have no idea how to communicate with customers properly. The way they respond is dismissive and impolite, and they act as if they’re above everyone else — like they’re the president or something! ‍It’s honestly ridiculous and very disappointing for such a good store
One of my favourite tkmaxx shops.nLovely staff always well stocked shelves with an amazing array of good.nSadly they are yet to have a jewellery counter.nHowever their shoe section is always amazing.
Good collection of man's clothing, but it's hard to find the size, very good price on clearance, big car park,you can park the car for 2 hour free.
