A decent branch of the chain store but, as with all branches of TKMaxx, the stock varies and the choice and quality goes up and down. I was lucky on this occasion and found something perfect for my sister's birthday almost immediately! Always worth a look
Very disappointing opening times! Think about those ones who are also working and would like to get something from the shop. I remember this shop used to be open until 8pm, even during winter months, but now they’ve reduced, and closing at 7pm.
I went to TK maxx today to look for a pair of trainers, I found a pair that I liked in a clearance section, when I tried the trainers on the label came off, I have put the labelnInside the shoe and took it to the till, the cashier was looking around a shoe and looked for a label, I said the label came off and I must have dropped it so I went to look for it but I couldn’t find it. The cashier went to get another random pair of shoes and scanned the price which was higher than the price tagged on pair of trainers I found, when I mentioned to her this wasn’t the price on a label she kept going off and coming back looking like she had nonIdea what she is doing, I have looked around the trainer and found the label which was inside the shoe.. cashier standing next to one serving me started pulling unfriendly face towards me and shaking her head, shortly saying that these shoes don’t cost the price shown on a label and they are now prices differently which I refused to pay for.. I told them this is very unfair and they need to be checking their prices. There was no sympathy from either of the cashiers and no saying sorry for this mistake, neither they tried to check on their system or with the manager for the actual price of the trainers! Very unfriendly and unprofessional, won’t be going there again in case I meet the pair again when purchasing any items!
Always love going to TKMAX staff are friendly good section of items and brillant prices
Lots to look at, prices are good, even when you are not looking for anything in particular you do come across something that you just have to buy.
