awful experience, I was with my young son and I seen a tall slim man approaching a group of girls who seemed to be looking at the makeup and haircare sections. I heard the man say to the girls "are you for buying that?" He had a very sharp and abrupt tone in his voice. As i was also in that area i happened to see the girls, they were simply just looking at the makeup in a glass tray, not to mention the shop was very unclean it was covered is dirty substances. When i approached the till, a young girl who was serving me, did not speak to me until it was time for me pay. Which i thought was very unmannerly, when i payed my total which came to £17.50 i gave the girl a £20 note. she gave me a very blank stare and said to me "this is not the right amount you owe us more" me, confused, said "oh i though i have given you £20 note and the item i am buying is £17.50" she then proceeded to say to me "oh right here's your change" and didn't even say goodbye or anything mannerly.I have been a very loyal customer to this shop for many years, but since COVID-19 their prices and unpleasant staff had risen. As a 45 year old mother and retail worker, i would treat every customer with respect and kindness. i was extremely disappointed with the staff in tk maxx in ballymena. I wouldn't have been in the shop if it wasn't for my daughter law recommending the item i was buying from here. i will not be returning to this shop, at least until they fix their customer service.

Fabulous items at great prices. Go with a list else you'd spend more than planned. Also, the staff are quite friendly and helpful.
Great store. Always find something and they keep a lot of the same stock that is online. The shop itself and fitting rooms are always tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it can be a wee bit slow at the tills but staff are usually quick to call for more staff members to come to tills.
I love TK Maxx, you can always pick up great designer labels for very reasonable prices. I bought a duvet today and that had been £80 reduced to £29.99. It's a super duvet and a great price. I buy a lot of children's clothes here as my granddaughter loves the styles and I love the prices. The staff are always helpful and friendly and it's a joy to shop here. I would recommend the Ballymena store to anyone.
I can never get my size in this time max,others i can,they seem to go up on on a certain size in this store. Not alot of variety like most stores has. Lots of old stock and reduced. Never staff around to help. Checkout staff needs to smile more, and greet their customers they look to serious.
This shop has lots of things on offer. From coats, bags, to toys. There are also shoes and books. The seasonal section is always good for a look around as well. They usually cover all the big holidays, ie Christmas, Halloween and Easter. If you live to have a good look through the rails, then this shop is for you.
Really enjoy exploring the food end of this store, there is always something new. Good range of products from clothes to household and beauty. Store is spacious and easy to shop in.
