I found that the security tags on some t-shirts make it hard to try them in properly. The fitting room assistant said that she couldn’t take them off. Luckily a manager was walking past and he was able to. Otherwise, it is very inconvenient.nnI’d love for there to be many more hooks in the changing rooms as it is frustrating with one hook.nnThe checkout assistant was helpful and pleasant too.
Slowly becoming a favourite tkmaxx/ homesense of mine. Since the merge i feel the shop has a lot more variety of products and a better selection. The tkmaxx section is downstairs and upstairs is very much homeare and so on. Could spend a day just having a good shop around
Staff support has diminished, and billing issues have occurred on several occasions. Responses to customer requests are often standard. The reduced number of floors has led to overcrowding and disorganization. Despite this, TKMaxx remains a reliable provider of quality brands at competitive prices.
Just had to mention Ana the most helpful and professional Sales Assistant working in TK Max Aylesbury today 5th October. My wife and I approached Ana for assistance to find two further cushions to match four that we had found. Ana was so friendly and helpful and immediately went to look in storage for us. She returned and unfortunately no further cushions were available, however she had found a different set of six which were the same colour but were in fact better than what we had chosen. This is excellent service, and for Ana to identify and suggest different cushions is a very good quality to possess as a Sales Assistant. Ana has a very friendly and warm way about her and in my opinion she is a credit to TK Maxx.
Recently I shopped a lot of stuff from Tk max Aylesbury branch. The lady who was helping us with the billing was in a hurry to end her shift. I noticed that she wasn't keeping a track of the items she has billed and the items that were still to be billed. I asked her to count the items billed and the items that have been kept in the bag but she wasn't willing to do it. She was confident that she hasn't billed any item twice. After paying the bill, I went to the side and counted the items. I noticed that she had billed 14 items, however I had only purchased 13 items. She had scanned 1 item twice hence I went back to till and asked them to check. They refunded me the cash, however this is really wrong on their part to do this. So many individuals trust the people standing on the other side of till, assuming they are best at their job and we shouldn't question it. However, I would suggest everyone should check their bill and the items purchased each time they shop at any superstore.
