I came across this company while browsing through Google search and i wanted a chiminea that wasn't made of thin tin. This companies chiminea's are made of cast iron guaranteed to last for Years and years. Highly recommended to all those people who want high quality products.

If I could rate zero I would.We had the large cast master pizza oven delivered 26/5.We called no answer and emailed that we were disappointed with the quality,it had several chips of paint missing repainted the oven using stovax thermolac paint and a dent in the base which it sits on,the cooking grill was too big for the recess it’s supposed to sit in.After a week of not returning phone calls they replied to one email saying they couldn’t see the problem and to try and insert the grill the other way Like I hadn’t tried that already.After having it for a week and seemingly not getting anywhere with the company we decided that we would light it and on 1st fire the cast iron cooking grill cracked.Again emailed the company who reply that they can’t see anything in the photos.Ive decided that it’s going to be an expensive £349 very short lived item that if I’m lucky might last more than a year as I don’t see me getting anywhere with their “customer service” and at times the stress isn’t worth it.Do yourselves a favour and buy a Weber BBQ,ours was £150 and is over 10 years old and it will still outlast this Chinese made cast iron junk.The photo shows the invisible crack. Update 12/06/2020 Because of our frustration at the lack of customer service and posting this review I have had a response : which goes, Your probably realise you found our silence mid dealing with your complaint as you choose to leave us a bad review before we had resolved your issues. So it seemed to us you had already formed an opinion before you left your review Kinds Regards Customer services. This was copied word for word from their very lovely email and I notice it was from the excellent customer service department.Given the current world situation good luck with your business moving forward.
After months of waiting for my order, I eventually received my Chiminea. However, there were a number of issues with the item: 1. The quality of the product is poor. Many parts and bolts are not flush, and it looks cheap. 2. The instructions are on the verge of impossible to interpret. It is incredibly frustrating to have had so many parts and no clear instructions to follow. 3. A part of the Chiminea snapped as I was tightening up to get the bolt flush. 4. A washer is missing on the door hinge 5. The handle for the door is missing. UPDATE: I am pleased to report that Jakana Trading have offered me a partial refund and are sending me the replacement parts in the post, which brings this to a close. Whilst this wasn't the experience I had hoped for, I am satisfied that with the eventual outcome.
I ordered a wood burning stove from Jakana Trading via eBay however later realised we did not have the necessary space either side for it to meet regulations so I needed a smaller stove. Despite being out of the returns period they were happy to refund me in full. I then bought a new smaller stove from them however I was in no way pushed/obligated to do so, they immediately offered a refund for the first stove with no quibbles! All staff I communicated with were helpful and friendly. The price of the stoves are great and they look lovely - we should be fitting the new smaller stove next week and I have no doubt it will be great. Would definitely recommend!
Product large pizza oven was as described and good value for the price. Delivery was prompt, and managed to get through to customer services no problems via phone and email. I would say that while Jakana was fine, their delivery company was not. TNT continue to be absolute divs. I would encourage Jakana and TNT to get their heads together to think about how best to deliver products that weigh more than a human person.
ordered item over 12 months ago, gave them benefit of the doubt due to covid/difficulties with supplies etc. Finally given a delivery date one week ago but since then nothing. Have left messages/phoned /e mailed Jankana but no response. The measure of a good company is how they respond to problems. BE AWARE
Jokers! Rang prior to the Bank Holiday to ask about spending above £380 on a pizza oven and a few extras. Told that there are no discounts at all because they never "Inflate our prices". I pointed out that many others are offering discounts for the Bank Holiday and asked why I should spend my money with them, asking what makes their product special. The answer, "WELL, IF OTHER COMPANIES ARE OFFERING DISCOUNTS, WHY DON'T YOU GO WITH THEM?" Ha ha...really? What brilliant business people they are! I would never do business with an arrogant company like this.
Great company, staff and products. I bought a Claydon Gazebo from them a while ago and had a problem with the metal frame but they sorted it out for me and sent me replacement parts to repair it. So I would recommend them and I will be buying from them again. Thank you Jakana. Mike Peploe, Kent.
I ordered a Forno Buono Napoli Pizza Oven on the 22nd March with estimated delivery date of the 6th April. To my surprise my stove arrived on the 24th. Only 2 days from placing to receiving absolutely amazing service I'm so pleased with my stove I will probably buy one for my Son. Thanks a bunch team
