Popped into the Gillingham store and was served by Eli. Outstanding customer service. Wanted to get a set of pre built coils and was shown a selection and helped to decide which suits my needs. Also took his time to give me an introduction to using mech mods. Overall very helpful, knowledge staff and plenty of advice given! The same goes to the staff at the chatham store where I go regularly. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this store, Stephen is the best, he is so friendly and helpful when it comes to vaping, he has made my vaping experience so much easier and safer as well :)

Worst shop to go in. I have been vaping for 2 years but it is way too smokey in there! It feel sketchy as hell. I can imagine it really puts people off who want to try vaping, which probably means a lot of lost sales. Not professional at all. Going in feels like you are interrupting a heavy vape session, and I felt like I was annoying the guy working by having the cheek to ask for help. How they have several shops I don't know. Go elsewhere
