IT repair group is very nice, Max even explaning the process in detail to make sure i can understood what he was going to do to my laptop. And also fast. After clean the dust, my laptop looks like a new one! Excellent!
Great service and very helpful technicians. I worked with the technicians over the course of 2 weeks to diagnose a laptop that was having battery issues and the guys were really great. They sorted out the data recovery and even went the extra mile recovering 2 important university files upon short notice. Cannot recommend enough. Keep up the good work!
Fantastic and reliable service from Max and the team at Titan IT Repairs. Max explained the problems, cost and possible solutions for my laptop very well. My laptop hardware was broken but they repaired it very quick only 2 days!! It's hard to find an IT repair shop that you can trust and don't get ripped off by. I recently had to bring my laptop in for repairs and I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Titan IT Repairs. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my laptop, but they also took the time to explain to me what had gone wrong with the previous repair at another store. The staff at the store were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. They made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my repair and were able to fix my laptop as best as they could. After going to Apple and being quoted almost £600 for a screen repair that would take 2 weeks, I found these guys and they were absolutely brilliant. It was almost half the price and they ordered the screen and replaced it next day. Their screen warranty was 12 months vs Apple which was only 3 months. Highly recommend their services.
My MacBook Air decided to play up at the worst time, and I had no access to any of my documents and I could not access any of my apps. Right in between completing my uni assignments. I tried to sort this myself, asked around and no one could help. So I took it into the shop and explained the issues and they were great. I got a phone call that night explaining what they thought the issues were and collected it the next day completely fixed. Also without losing any of my data and assignments. They went over the issue fully with me to help me understand what went wrong and made it less likely to occur again. Very friendly and professional would definitely recommend!
Came in looking to get my MacBook screen repaired after Apple refused to help. Ordered in a new screen and had it fixed and working overnight. Altogether great service and will be back if I ever need any other Apple repairs.

Great experience for getting a broken laptop screen fixed by Max. Very quick response from the start and quickly gave my laptop back. Excellent customer service. Thank you. Also cleaned my laptop internals too,very well. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. My iMac's fan died and the interior was badly needing cleaned. Titan serviced it, replaced the fan and at a very reasonable price. Extremely pleased with the result.
