Had the pleasure of having Marie at tips n toes to do my acrylics and I cannot express enough how amazing the full treatment was. Marie helped me pick a beautiful pink colour as I was unsure what to have as there was so many colours to choose from and I certainly wasn’t disappointed , I felt relaxed throughout my treatment and the attention to detail was incredible. Marie and the team were super friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Tips n Toes and have pre booked my next lot of treatments with Marie to avoid disappointment and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you Marie x
My partner booked to have her lashes done. She did the patch test with them prior to the appointment. They had her phone number but yet upon turning up for her appointment- someone from the company had crossed her name out & replaced it with another appointment for someone else. The staff appeared to be disinterested about the situation too. I would give 0 stars if I was able to. This is terrible service & there is no excuse for it whatsoever. Understandably she will not be returning. Beware before booking & wasting your time.

Had acrylic nails done here and it was the worst nail experience I’ve EVER had. Not only was the process painful burning when she applied the nails and cut my skin multiple times/filed a nail that was broken down to the skin so was filing my skin! but also the nails were horrific. Absolutely nothing like I asked for, super thick chunky nails, none of the nail art matched and they were horribly done. The website is out of date and I was charged £40 which is just so expensive for the quality of service and incorrect based on the website. I have been chasing a refund as I had to pay somewhere else to fix them since the 6th July and am now being ignored. Absolutely disgusting customer care. They asked me to come in to have them fixed when they knew I had another place fix them and I was going on holiday the next morning. Wouldn’t recommend tips n toes to anyone, the fact I’m being ignored makes it 10 times worse and I will be telling people to avoid at all costs. You cannot provide a poor/painful service to a customer and then ignore them.Service: Manicure
Had my acrylic nails done here for the last 7 years and have always been pleased,there prices are cheap compared to lots of nail bars,and always last me week,s,wouldn't go anywhere else,have just tried micro needling and have been very pleased with rests so much so I have booked again.Service: Manicure
I was so impressed with this salon for the level of care given to my mother who has recently had a stroke. Paris chatted with my mum with really warm engaging conversation. It was such a lovely friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be making this a regular activity to promote well being and self care. We were very relieved also to see that there is a toilet there too.Service: Pedicure
Nice well equipped salon , lovely friendly Staff and a myriad of treatments I offer all at very reasonable prices . I have been a client for a number of years and would not choose Togo anywhere else . Top marks .Service: Pedicure
Food good but waiter Andrew, was very unfriendly, and would not serve us more drinks, as he assumed that my friend was drunk, which she wasn't. She was unwell due to health issues
Made to feel so welcome. Staff are all lovely. I have my gel nails done here, my hair cut with the lovely Diana. I have a weekly facial with Marie, it's the best. Lovely & relaxing & you get a massage neck, shoulders & feet whilst you have your treatment. Also I've had reflexology with Sandra, waxing with Jess, pedicures with jade & karis or older Jess! I have seen every member of staff & they're all fantastic.
