First time going to serenity 7 and I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Sue is lovely and provides a nice, relaxing and comfortable environment and manner. I would definitely recommend this lady for your waxing needs

I have been going to Serenity 7 for different treatments for over a year.  I regularly have my nails done and Sue always does a beautiful job.  I also regularly have my eyebrows waxed and eye lashes dyed.  I am always pleased with the result and feel fantastic after.  Just recently I indulged myself and had a body wrap, the results were amazing and I felt so good after.  Since the initial wrap I have had another wrap and again I was really pleased with the results.  Sue makes you feel at home in her lovely salon and the time I spend there I always come out feeling relaxed and beautified.

I got my first Hollywood wax from Serenity and it was a great experience, was so nervous, she explained through everything and made sure you were comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

This woman is one of the best in the business. Colleges seem to be churning out "beauticians" ten to the dozen these days but this lady knows her stuff and is well ahead of the game. Going to this salon is an indulgent treat... I can't wait to go back.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I don't have many beauty treatments as I am a very busy working mum and therefore I had many many questions, all answered in a warm, friendly and professional way. Thank you Sue.

Had two Hollywoods here. It’s brilliant. Almost painless! Sue always makes you feel so comfortable and I just love her zest for life.

Unfortunately not good experience. Premises  basic and grubby. Very disappointing shellac pedicure. Was offered a removal and/or re-application but did not want to return. Sorry.
