Time wasters! I contacted the shop 6/5 and Megan made me think she is in charge and would take good care of me. I needed a replacement door for an integrated dishwasher and a drawer repair. She, at first, was very enthusiastic. I uploaded some detailed photo of the door I need and the drawer. She said they are very certain they can help. She warned about 3 month wait and I agreed asking to actually see that the door would match my present kitchen, and to let me know the price for the work. She then slowed down and wasn't replying the same day. Then she gave me the price, and next day clarified it is the price for the material only and the fitting would depend sure, but why not just letting me know?. She needed time to order a sample door, then she needed to check and confirmed the drawer won't be a problem, which she then confirmed wouldn't. All that required me contacting the shop time to time. I even suggested to come to the shop to compare the style and color. After 7! days of the chase she apparently contacted her management I thought she was in charge! however if not, why not asking earlier? and unfortunately decided not to take on the job! I belive the company should have guidelines and training in place to avoid wasting customer's time. These actions demonstrate the company is only set for larger more profitable projects and doesn't care about individual people like me. Do not expect aftercare if you buy from them.
