Amazing selection of wines and beers. The staff are very knowledgeable about there products and you can see it's there passion. Not overpriced. Good quality and you get what you pay for.
A brilliant and friendly shop. Fantastic real ale selection and the wines and sherry's would take half a lifetime to get through. The wine tasting machine is a great way to try before you buy. And the click and collect is keeping the panic attacks at bay during lock-down.
Great beer, spirit and wine shop run by 2 very helpful guys. I haven't sampled their wines yet, but the beer choice out back is brilliant. World craft beers from each corner of the globe as well as local ale choices. I'll be asking them for some advice on wine soon and I'm sure they'll give me some good tips. I probably go here a lot more than I should.
The range of wines here is superb, and really different to the mainstream off-licences you will normally find in South Manchester. knowledgable staff are more than happy to let you taste the wines and there is a vinoteca type machine on the premises. They also have a truly amazing range of beers and ales which I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of. I couldn't recommend highly enough!
You're going to see rare and special imported and domestic "craft" or "mirco-brewery" beers here, you're not going to find 24 tins or Carling for a knock down price. A large wine and spirits selection is also on offer with the staff knowledgeable and will share advice with you. I like to look of the shop too, great taste in decoration. Regular ticketed tasting events are held here and giveaway tasters from open on the weekends too.
post lockdown the selection of beer has expanded more lambics and some of the less known brewers, I can't speak to the wine, but it appears to be a good range. the whisky selection is... diverting in a good way.
Specialist wine, beer and spirit merchant in the heart of Chorlton. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to help out with advice and information, or to leave you to browse the well-stocked shelves in peace. An excellent range of wines in the front of the shop, and a back room crammed with craft beers and ales from all over the world. A connoisseur's delight.
