Been for the first time tonight. Pizza was amazing, mixed kebab was perfect, even the onion rings were spot on. Well worth a visit.
Ordered a 16 inch pizza taken them 1 hour to deliver it. On arrival the pizza had no toppings Keema was on some peace’s in other missing felt like they was being stingy and chicken tikka they give like 4/5 peaches on a 16 inch!! Absolutely disgusting called the restaurant the guy I spoke to was rude commanding me to speak Pakistani he didn’t know English told me he will send another one out rings me back after 5/10 minutes saying that his boss sed no but then claimed his boss ain’t there when I asked to speak to him absolutely disgusting behaviour and bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend they even don’t deserve one star.
I ordered a 16” pizza and when it arrived it tasted awful. They were very stingy with the toppings and there was hardly any keema on it and there was only a couple of pieces of chicken tikka on the whole pizza. It just tasted like plain bread and was so tasteless and a waste of money. Called them up to tell them and they werent helpful in the slightest just kept arguing saying they made it nice and that was it. They eventually agreed to send another one and then 5 minutes later they called back and said the boss said no they couldnt send another and that was it! I wont be ordering from here again!
Used to come here all the time. Last time we came a few weeks ago now. I ordered over the phone for collection. Went in to pick it up, took it home and all was fine until I got a text message 20 minutes after eating “Didn’t show up the Lanti you b*stard” I rang to get an explanation for the text and got told “Yeah don’t worry about it” with the phone being put down on me. Not a sorry or anything. Used to come here all the time and used to get on with the guy here. That was the last time I’m afraid.
Will never order from here again literally lost a loyal customer! Ordered a pizza cost £15.50 and it was disgusting, no taste hardly any toppings. Customer service horrible
Ordered from Deliveroo, their curry tastes good but the boiled rice portion was such a ripoff for £2. First time and possibly last time I order. Such small amount. It’s rice boiled in water. Wasn’t even full, half a container. Was supposed to be for my mum and kid brothers. But I kept getting told that’s a portion.
Food there is excellent, pizzas are lovely along with the kebabs, they do have a delivery service but can be quite busy at times. Grate food for a relatively low price. Would recommend.
Ordered from here 1st time last week and what a surprise I had, the food was absolutely delicious hot tasty and very enjoyable also delivered when it said so portion sizes were massive, I’ve just re ordered again defo worth a try if your looking for a very good takeaway
Bought 2 mixed kebabs on nan very tasty and good portion
Regular customers of Salem’s up until tonight!! Ordered three donner kebabs on Nan bread selected my options for salad and sauce etc x2 chips and a garlic bread. My delivery turned up all three kebab options was wrong and my ‘garlic bread’ was totally burnt and not edible! I rang the shop to explain to be thobbed off with rude staff members!! They eventually agreed to send my right options out. The right options turned up then the delivery driver has the absolute cheeky to tell me the garlic bread burnt as I didn’t ask for cheese!!!! And then tried to throb me off even more! The customer service from these are shambolic! Safe to say I’ll never use these ever again!
