Had a lovely experience at Tink & Brellie pottery painting today :nnThe owner Debbie was very kind and attentive - she explained everything to us and even offered to change the AC temperature in case we got too hot/cold.nnWe arrived at 12pm and really appreciated that there was no time limit on how long you paint for.nnWould love to come again when I’m back in the area :
We had a wonderful time this afternoon painting pottery! I’ve come away wondering when I can come back to paint again. A lovely studio with loads of choice of pottery/colours, very informative/helpful staff and refreshments available.nRecommended for anyone wanting to try something new!
The experience was simply lovely. The environment was cosy and welcoming with a decent variety of pottery to choose from, as well as multiples of the same pieces to prevent feuds between your friends.nnWas an absolute pleasure to also meet dave, who deserves an honorary mention for being so incredible lovely!nnInstructions from Steve were very easy to follow, he and Debbie were very attentive to our needs and beyond helpful when assistance was requested - when my bestie was getting a bit hot, they opened a window and mentioned future aircon which was being installed soon - asking for additional paints or utensils. They have a wide selection of sponges, some even on sticks! Which were also offered when I mentioned I have sensory issues and can't touch sponges directly.nnWill check back in here once we've collected our pieces :3
I went to Tink and Brellie today with my best friend, and we both had a wonderful time! Debbie and Steve were so lovely and helpful, very kind and approachable people. The studio looked great and there was a brilliant range of pottery to paint, paint to choose from, painting tools etc etc. Their dog Dave is also a sweetheart and very quiet and gentle. I also highly appreciate that the doorway, studio and toilet are all wheelchair accessible, making it possible for me to use my mobility aids and it’s good to know I can come back with my Mum who’s a wheelchair user in future!nnThank you both for a lovely experience, I’ll definitely be back
Debs and her husband were really helpful. I spent a lovely afternoon at Tink and Breille creating a ceramic christmas tree. It was most enjoyable and therapeutic afternoon, and I have no hesitation in visiting again. Their helpfulness, knowledge, and service to their customers is excellent, and I recommend them highly.
