Appalling service went into get a passport photo, I was only the second person in line than 3 people walked in behind and the man behind the counter refused to assist me and only wanted to make keys. Never got the passport photo and was in the shop for over 30 minutes.
Absolutely useless shop was meant to open at 9am had a sign on the door to say it was opening at 9.10am waited till around 9.30 still not open spoke to timpson customer service said they would ring me once he was open. The shop wasn’t open until 11am. Also got a key cut from there was didn’t work had to go to another timpson to get the key done! Such a shame this is a franchise as the timpson in enfield town is amazing!
Great service by Charlie from start to finish. The pricing was discussed beforehand and Charlie made it clear what may be the best options. Will definately use again.

The staff and manager went above and beyond any customer service, to the point where the staff member/manager came to my flat to sort the problem out. I will be a customer for life
This place is useless, no stars and I and everyone i know will never go back to any Timpson store ever again!!! They damaged my £200 watch and I'm considering taking this to the small claims court. Took my watch in for battery replacement and they damaged the internal movement, I had to go back three times and it's still not working correctly even after contacting the head office. I wouldn't go to them for watch maintenance/repairs as they don't have the expertise !
Very good service had put on a strap for my watch in less then 5minutes
